The first flowers have already bloomed in various districts of the capital, especially in Dniprovskyi and Solomianskyi. In addition to the Fomin Botanical Garden and the M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden, lilacs are blooming in many parks and squares of Kyiv. The duration of the season can range from several weeks to several months, depending on the variety.
