Join informative city walks and discover important chapters of Ukrainian state-building — from the early drafts of the Fundamental Law to the adoption of the Constitution of independent Ukraine in 1996.

The Tourism and Promotion Department of the Kyiv City State Administration has prepared a selection of festive events for Ivana Kupala holiday in Kyiv. The atmosphere of ancient rituals, Kupala songs, and unforgettable emotions – all this awaits Kyiv residents and guests of the capital from June 20 to 24.

A redesign of Kontraktova Square has begun in Kyiv’s Podil district, as part of the “TORV Kyiv” project. The initiative is being implemented by renowned urbanist Mikael Colville-Andersen and the public organization “DIY Ukraine,” with the support of the company “Novo Nordisk.”

According to the Kyiv Tourism and Promotion Department (Kyiv City State Administration), thirteen free tours will take place in the city to celebrate Kyiv Day, organized in cooperation with the Kyiv Center for Tourism Development.

On the occasion of International Museum Day, which will be celebrated this Sunday, May 18, the capital’s museums will open their doors to all visitors.
